"The Plague" by Albert Camus

Since I am in France for the next three days, I am going to start and at least make a sizable dent in this novel by Albert Camus. Camus is one of my favorite writers, and I love sharing my thoughts about his work. He really makes you dig into the meaning and the soul of human character and existentialism. Captivating stuff. Makes one think about everything that encompasses us as humans and why we are here, and what we are doing with ourselves while we are here doing whatever we do. I read his short novel "The Stranger" earlier this year. It's the novel in which he won the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1957. Give Albert Camus a good look on Wikipedia to get an overview of his ideas. Fantastic.
